Meet NMIP. Nina Mabel I. Padilla
I am Nina Padilla, Founder and General Manager of NMIP Events Management Services. With nearly 30 years of combined experience in event project management—including 15 years at World Vision Philippines and 6 years at ABS-CBN—I bring deep expertise in delivering high-quality, impactful productions.
Since establishing NMIP Events Management in 2017, I have handled numerous large-scale and high-profile events, consistently upholding the highest standards in planning, execution, and client satisfaction.

Matess Salviejo
Creative Director
Matess is a seasoned writer and creative professional with experience across television, print, stage, and live events. She honed her craft as a TV writer for ABS-CBN, GMA Network (1992–2015), PTV4, and Net25, contributing to shows including Magandang Gabi, Bayan, Pinoy Big Brother 1, Star Circle Quest, Mel & Joey, and Korina Interviews.
Her career highlights include coordinating Team Philippines for Indosiar Jakarta, writing and producing for the 2019 SEA Games, and leading production units across five ABS-CBN regional stations. She has also worked as a writer, floor director, and host for Dominguez Marketing Communications, Inc., supporting in-house and client events. Today, she serves as Creative Director of NMIP and is a sought-after writer for events companies.
Direk Carl Barrameda
Events Director
A former child actor of ABS-CBN’s Goin’ Bulilit, Direk Carl has built a distinguished career behind the camera, directing television shows for ABS-CBN, TV5 and Net25, as well as major live events. His rich background as both performer and producer gives him a rare creative edge in directing and staging live television.
At NMIP Events Management, he serves as Events Director and Lead Technical Director, specialising in concept development and stage direction for corporate and advocacy-driven events.
With expertise spanning broadcast and live productions, Direk Carl stands out as a versatile and innovative industry leader.
Dr. Roldan TA-A, Ph.D
Production Director
Dr. Roldan C. Taa, Ph.D. is a seasoned media and production professional with extensive experience in television, live events, and creative production. He began his career with ABS-CBN Regional Network, serving as a Reporter, Head Writer, Executive Producer, and Production Chief, with several of his programs recognised by the KBP Golden Dove Awards. His expertise spans TV production, filmmaking, investigative journalism, and event management, complemented by years of academic leadership and industry engagement.
He has contributed to major productions through strong creative direction, technical expertise, and effective production management. In 2025, he served as Tradeshow Production Director for NMIP’s DTI National Trade Show, overseeing the delivery of a seamless and impactful national production.
